■ CEATEC 2026 and Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026: Co-Located Once Again
Amid sweeping change in the environment surrounding society and industry, collaboration that crosses the boundaries of individual technologies and individual industries has become more important than ever, both for solving increasingly complex social issues and for creating new value. Approaching this from their respective vantage points of digital technology and mobility, CEATEC and the Japan Mobility Show were first co-located on the same dates at the same venue in 2024, with the aim of promoting co-creation across industry boundaries. In 2026 the two organizations will further strengthen that partnership, developing initiatives to create encounters and accelerate cocreation.
■ About CEATEC
CEATEC is a comprehensive exhibition for digital innovation, bringing together people, technologies, and information from every industry and business sector to envision the future through co-creation. Under its 2026 theme, "Transformation: Changing Companies, Changing Industries, Changing Society," CEATEC will serve not only as a stage for outstanding technologies and concepts but also as a place to heighten the value of transformation and accelerate its implementation in society.
■ About Japan Mobility Show Bizweek
Held biennially since 2024, Japan Mobility Show Bizweek brings together representatives from mobility-related companies, next-generation startups, universities and research institutions as well as established companies from a wide range of industries for the purpose of co-creating new value and new ideas. In 2026, with seven “MOVE” themes as its co-creation topics, the show will bring to the forefront challenges and initiatives that have the potential to propel society forward—going well beyond the simple movement of people and goods—and enhance the chances for real-world implementation.
